I lead trust and safety work on how sophisticated actors manipulate online platforms and what that does to user and societal safety. I build the function at the seam between policy and enforcement: writing the rules, standing up the tooling and taxonomies to apply them, and running the enforcement programs that test whether they hold.

I've built and led these programs at frontier AI labs and major social platforms, and I co-founded NetRef Safety, where we're building a platform that detects and moderates abuse targeting athletes. Earlier, I co-led policy work for the Election Integrity Partnership at the Stanford Internet Observatory.
